The hotel is clean and smoke-free. The rooms are spotless and fairly quiet. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offers a great selection of meals. It quickly became my favorite place to stay in Cary.

after I checked in and left to go out for the evening I returned to find my key did not work. After heading to the front desk it was discovered I had been sent to the wrong room but while I was gone the room I was given had been assigned to someone else while I was out. I was really disturbed that someone else had entered my room while I was out with all of my personal efeects there. The staff was very friendly and prompt in taking care of it but still was a little unsettling to me.

The hotel is well priced and has a great location near a couple of decent restaurants. The room was brand-new, impeccably clean, and equipped with basic amenities like double beds.

The bed was really not big enough for 2 people. Nevery had this happen before. The guy at the desk said next time not to use Booked.net

Big breakfast, comfy bed, beautiful decor, cleanliness, delicious coffee/tea & creamers (esp. Hazelnut), quick check-in, amenities, etc.

Small pillows not good but were comfy & soft.

This place offers well-maintained rooms with a double bed, a nice pool, central heating, a flat-screen television, and a microwave, along with excellent service and a great location for exploring the area.

The venue was great and beautiful, I enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent so close to highway access as well as a nice area. The staff were great and polite, as I could only expect. The room was brand-new and tidy, had central heating, a flat-screen TV and a microwave. I came here for 3 nights and had a decent stay.

Group arrived at different times, rooms were not available at one time. Booked.net got involved corrected problem.

The bed was so comfortable I slept until 8:30 AM and I NEVER sleep past 6 AM! The Inn is conveniently located to shopping, yet since it is tucked back from the main roads it feels secluded (and quiet.)

The hotel's location was convenient for our needs. It was close to O'Charley's Restaurant, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat. Additionally, it was in close proximity to Koka Booth Amphitheater, where we were attending an event. There was also a grocery store nearby, which was convenient for picking up any items we needed.

The lobby, hallways, and dining area were tired and in need of renovation. the hotel had a dirty feel to it.
